Attendance

1: Where do the students meet? We will meet each morning by the Rosslyn Metro. Specific information will follow. You will be dropped off at the same location.

2: Who should attend? Any student wishing to improve their leadership and communication skills, gain confidence, build cultural awareness, and learn to better persuade those around them. These are skills anybody can use, whether you are an extrovert or introvert; athlete or artist; male or female.

3: How will students be transported? We will travel by vans. Each van will have a licensed driver and seat belts.

Registration

4: I have a medical condition. Can I still participate? Yes, we make accommodations for all medical conditions. Please advise us when you submit your form. We have creative ways to ensure everybody is able to participate.

5: Can I register with a friend? Yes.

6: What happens if there is bad weather? We will have tents available and will continue with the planned events.

Cancellations and More

7: Do I need any special clothing or equipment? You will need comfortable shoes for walking. On Tuesday and Wednesday, you will need closed toe shoes (no flip flops). Water will be available, but water bottles are recommended. For the land navigation, we recommend light pants as opposed to shorts.

8: What meals will be provided? We will provide lunch.

9: Once I register, can I change dates? Yes, it is possible to change dates if there is space available.

10. What is your cancellation policy? If you cancel 2 weeks before your scheduled date, you will get a full refund. You will get a 50% refund for a 1-week cancellation, and 25% for a 2-day cancellation.

11: How soon do I need to register? We recommend signing up as soon as possible. We do take last minute registrations if space is available.
